The serial ends with Manvi, giving the good news that Jeevika is pregnant again.
Maanvi and Virat name their daughter as Jhanvi, Jeevika and Viren name their daughter as Maansi. Vidhi gives her daughter to Jeevika and leaves the house. Both Vidhi and Maanvi give birth to baby girls. Since she is faraway from the city, Jeevika decides to bring her sister's baby to the world. But Vidhi falls from the stairs and is hospitalized, and at the same time Manvi gets into labour. The story takes a three months leap, where both Vidhi and Manvi are ready for their delivery. She assumes that her father is behind the death of her mother. When Mahesh comes to the Vadhera house, Jeevika gets shocked to see her father again. Manvi's father patches up with Beeji and the family plans to surprise Jeevika. After some time, when Jeevika leaves the house, Viren and Vidhi reveal the truth to her and Sashank divorces Vidhi and gets arrested. Viren learns that his friend Harshad had died 3 years ago in a plane crash accident.Harshad reveals to Viren that his real name is Sashank and he is Vidhi's husband. Manvi's father is now living with Beeji in her house. Manvi has to undergo treatment as she is weak due to cancer treatment.
Virat goes to world tour for an album for 2 months. Manvi becomes his friend without knowing the fact that he is her father. The sister's father appears but Beeji doesn't accept him. Vidhi develops a soft corner for Viren but she soon realizes her mistake. Manvi is also pregnant but initially Virat cannot accept the fact. Jeevika cannot become a mother and they hire a surrogate mother Vidhi. The sister's make sweety realize the worth of a family. Dabbu is married to Sweety who thinks to seize Chaudhary's property. Virat tries improve his career without any influence, but when Viren helps him, there is a tiff between the brothers. When Swamini comes to know about this she has an attack this leads to tiff between Viren & Jeevika. But it is revealed that Jaiswal is the real murderer and it is proved by Viren. In this process Karan is shot and killed by Jeevika. Later Jaiswal send Karan an impostor as Swamini's son. When Manvi is well, she and Virat get married. Manlathi and Virat fall in love with each other. Viren's younger brother Virat becomes close to Manvi during this period. So Jeevika and Viren decides to abort their baby and to save Manvi's life. Jeevika is the only one whose marrow matches with Manvi's. Manvi needs a bone marrow donor to get well. Then she learns to her shock that her sister Manvi has blood cancer.however manvi is too scared to tell anyone about especially jeevika. Jeevika marries Viren Singh Vadhera, a lawyer from Chandigarh, and soon becomes pregnant. Jeevika and Manvi live with other members of their extended family at Rishikesh. Manvi is bubbly and wants to help everyone, though she often lands in a mess and has to be rescued by Jeevika. Jeevika is the elder, more mature sister. The show revolves around two sisters, Jeevika and Manvi and their relationship. The Telugu adaptation is known as Chigurakulalo Chilakamma and airs on Maa TV. The Tamil adaptation of the show is known as Deivam Thandha En Thangai and started airing on Star Vijay from October 29, 2012.
